here are my sketches... one of my ideas which was pretty flat and designy was to have a model wearing clothes with the background having flat images of different cities behind them, which could include different landmarks. Another idea, kinda similar to Taryn's was to have clothing that mimics different ways to travel (such as this girls ballooning dress with the same pattern applied to the hot airballoon). My third idea is for a possible ticket into the show. It could be like a boaring pass to an airplane, and could feature the different designers of the show clothing on the pass.

This might be a really dumb idea, but what if, in some kind of surreal way, you could have her dress actually be the hot air balloon? I think it'd be pretty cool, but what do I know?

I was just going to comment and suggest that I think your second idea is really great. I love the idea of the clothing literally mimicking the different methods of traveling. Everything from the hairstyles you give the models, to the patterns on the clothes could help support the themed transportation unit. Liz's take on it is exciting though!

I too like the idea of the clothing mimicing the method of travel. You could put a boat or an airplane in a hairstyle or hat or something? I like the boarding pass too.
